8 - Steps to recycle plastic waste.

1. 解包 - 使用解包機將塑膠容器解包。 — 1. Unpacking - Unpack the recycled plastic material by machine.

2. 去標籤 - 透過機器將容器標籤分離。 — 2. Remove the Label - We will remove the label from the plastic bottle by machine.

3. 破碎 - 將塑膠容器進行破碎處理。 — 3. Breaking the plastic bottle - After removing the label, we will break those bottle into a plastic pieces.

4. 清洗 - 清洗破碎處理完的塑膠粹片。 — 4. Washing - We need to wash the small plastic piece and make it clean.

5. 粉碎 - 粉碎塑膠碎片。 — 5. Crushing the plastic piece - Machine will help us to crush the plastic piece into small pieces.

6. 浮除 - 浮除剩餘雜質。 — 6. Flotation - Separate the impurity by flotation.

7. 脫水 - 塑膠碎片脫水乾燥處理。 — 7. Dehydration - Dry out the small plastic pieces.

8. 二次料碎片 - 産生塑膠再生料，可送往工廠製作產品。 — 8. Reuse - Finally, plastic pieces will be transferred to factories and become useful materials.

OVERVIEW OF RECYCLING FACILITY

About the recycling facility:

Located in the northern metropolitan area of Hong Kong, our recycling facility primarily utilizes recycling equipment to process waste plastics and convert them into useful, sustainable plastic raw materials. The facility is built on designated industrial land in Hong Kong, and the plastic pellets produced are certified under the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).

We are one of the few plastic recycling companies in Hong Kong that meet GRS certification. The facility houses machinery worth tens of millions and includes a plastic recycling education center and laboratory.
